• Conduct the landscape maintenance bid process so our client can make an educated selection from a qualified bidder pool if the need arises to change the landscape maintenance providers due to poor performance

• Review landscape proposals to ensure our client is getting fair market pricing and that the scope of work and materials being used are correct and proper

• Provide project management services to ensure all landscape enhancement projects are done professionally and are completed on time and within budget.

• Provide additional project management services for capital improvement projects such as hardscape and landscape lighting.

• Provide consulting services for executive private residences
